A goal without plan is just a wish
Since early days of school I’ve been using diaries to keep track of my dreams, desires and small & big things that I wanted to do when I grow up. With time, this habit transformed in to using diaries to keep track of my life goals & work commitments that further led me to keeping two of them; one for my personal goals and another one to keep track of work commitments.
With time I have come to better understand how we can mentally train ourselves and feed our subconscious mind with Small Steps that would collectively help us achieve Big Goals.
We all take resolutions every year, make promises & commitments to ourselves and almost 90% of us would be back to square one within 60 days or less. And I was among the 90% for a fairly long time until I started putting things down in my diary. Not only did it become real for me, but also gave my goals a direction.
